Heart-mode activated 💚Pistachio X Milk chocolate cookies 🍪 Let’s bake this moment ⏩**Full recipe 🔽All purpose flour 160 gBaking soda 1 gBaking powder 1 gSalt 2 gHoney 20 gLight brown sugar 30 gDark brown sugar 70 gEgg yolks 65 gButter 110 gPistachio chunks 80 gMilk chocolate chunks 80 gCream the butter and egg yolks together until smooth and slightly fluffyAdd the light brown sugar, dark brown sugar and honey and mix until well combinedAdd the dry ingredients (all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt) and mix just until the dough comes togetherFold in the pistachio chunks and milk chocolate chunksRoll the dough into balls and place into the rings of your choiceBake at 165°C for about 11 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool down.Deep into milk chocolate and sprinkle pistachio on top 💚 ...
