My Signature Lemon Tart 🍋
Refined. Playful. Unexpected ✨
👨🍳 I developed this dessert a few years ago
a creation that looks bold, yet remains surprisingly simple to execute.
Minimal in appearance, but bold in execution,
this tart has since become a signature refined, distinctive, and endlessly adaptable.
Crisp sweet dough, silky lemon cream, a vibrant citrus insert,
all finished with a delicate marshmallow coating that creates this smooth, cloud-like finish ☁️
It’s a balance of texture, acidity, and softness
a pastry designed to surprise, not intimidate.
